Processing Procedure
- Combine items 1 – 2, heat to 80ºC.
- Combine items 3 - 5 and mix them in SpeedMixer at 2500 rpm for 5 min.
- Add item 6 - 8 to item 3 - 5 dispersion, heat to 80ºC.
- Add items 1 – 2 into items 3 - 8 with homogenization at 2000 rpm for 3 minutes.
- Let cool to 45ºC with propeller mixing, then add item 9.
- Finish cooling to room temperature with anchor mixing.
Physical Properties
Viscosity @ 25ºC (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle 04 @ 20 rpm) = 300 – 1,000 cps
