Processing Procedure
1. Combine Items 1 – 5 (main batch), heat to 80C.
2. Combine Items 6 – 8, heat to 80C.
3. Add Items 6 – 8 to the main batch while homogenizing at 3500rpm for 3 min.
4. Transfer to propeller mixing with slow to medium speed for cooling.
5. Add Items 9 – 11 to main batch at 50C.
6. Stop mixing at 40C – 45C.

Viscosity @ 25 °C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 20,000 – 40,000

Spectrastat™ MHG Natural MB: Cold processable alternative preservation system to protect the formulation against bacteria, yeast, and mold.
AminoSensyl™ SC: 100% natural, cationic emulsification system provides structure and stability. It provides a soft, conditioned skin-feel and applies pleasantly to wet skin.
