Processing Procedure

  1. Add Item 2 to Item 1 (Main Batch) slowly with continuous propeller mixing. Once dissolved and uniform, heat to 75 °C to 80 °C.
  2. At 75 °C, add Items 3 – 6 to the Main Batch. Continue mixing and heating until all solids are melted.
  3. Remove from heat and homogenize at 4500rpm for 3 min.
  4. Transfer to anchor mixing during cool down. At 45 °C to 50 °C, add Item 7 to the Main Batch.
  5. Discontinue mixing at 40 °C to 45 °C and allow to cool to room temperature undisturbed.

pH @ 25 °C = 4.0 – 4.4

Viscosity @ 25 °C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 30,300 – 42,200 cP

LexFeel® N350 MB: Natural dimethicone alternative and color protectant. Provides slip, shine, and nourishment without weighing down the hair.

Spectrastat™ G2 Natural MB: 100% natural broad spectrum preservation system

AminoSensyl™ Ultra MB: 100% natural BTAC replacement. Creates luxury textures and provides deep moisturization.
