Processing Procedure

  1. Combine Items 1 – 3 (Main Batch) and heat to 80 °C to 85 °C while propeller mixing.
  2. At 55 °C to 60 °C, add Item 4 to the Main Batch.
  3. At 70 °C to 75 °C, add Items 5 – 7 to the Main Batch.
  4. At 75 °C to 80 °C, continue mixing and heating for an additional 10 to 15 min.
  5. Remove from heat and homogenize at 3000rpm for 3 min.
  6. Transfer to slow speed anchor mixing during cool down.
  7. At 45 °C to 50 °C, discontinue mixing and allow to cool to room temperature undisturbed.

pH @ 25 °C = 4.0 – 4.15

Viscosity @ 25 °C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle T-E @ 10 rpm) = 147,000 – 185,000 cP

45 °C (8 weeks), 50 °C (4 weeks), F/T (3 cycles)

LexFeel® N5 MB: Natural lightweight dimethicone alternative. Improves shine and softness in hair without build-up or greasiness.

Spectrastat™ GHL Natural: Ultra-mild and 100% natural complete preservation system.

AminoSensyl™ Ultra MB: 100% natural BTAC replacement. Creates luxury textures and provides deep moisturization.
