Processing Procedure

  1. Disperse Item 2 into Item 1 (main batch) with propeller mixing at medium to fast speed while heating to 75 °C to 80 °C.
  2. Maintain the heat to 75 °C to 80 °C, add Items 3 – 7 to the main batch in order.
  3. At 75 °C to 80 °C, after all the waxes are melted, homogenize the main batch at 4500 rpm for 2 min to 3 min.
  4. At 65 °C to 70 °C, transfer the batch to propeller mixing with medium speed for cooling.
  5. Add item 8 at 45 °C to 50 °C with slow mixing.
  6. Stop mixing at 40 °C to 45 °C.

Viscosity @ 25 °C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 20,000 – 40,000
