Processing Procedure
- Disperse Item 2 into Item 1 (main batch) with propeller mixing at medium to fast speed while heating to 75 °C to 80 °C.
- Maintain the heat to 75 °C to 80 °C, add Items 3 – 7 to the main batch in order.
- At 75 °C to 80 °C, after all the waxes are melted, homogenize the main batch at 4500 rpm for 2 min to 3 min.
- At 65 °C to 70 °C, transfer the batch to propeller mixing with medium speed for cooling.
- Add item 8 at 45 °C to 50 °C with slow mixing.
- Stop mixing at 40 °C to 45 °C.
