Processing Procedure
- Combine Items 1 – 4 (main batch) and mix until uniform. Heat to 80 °C.
- Combine Items 5 – 9 and heat to 80 °C.
- While homogenizing at 3500 rpm for 3 min, add items 5 – 9 to main batch.
- Transfer to gentle anchor mixing.
- At 50 °C, add items 10 and 11.
- Stop mixing at 45 °C and allow to cool to room temperature.

pH @ 25 °C = 3.5 – 5.0
Viscosity @ 25 °C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 35,000 – 55,000 cps

40 °C (8 weeks), 45 °C (8 weeks), 50 °C (8 weeks), F/T (3 cycles)

Ingredient Function
SustOleo™ TSB: Buttery, creamy texturizer and sensory emollient. Compare to shea butter with the added benefit of smooth, not grainy skin-feel and superior oxidative stability.

AminoSensyl™ SC: Cationic emulsification system provides structure and stability. AminoSensyl SC provides the powdery soft skin-feel. Stabilizes high oil loads without a greasy skin-feel.
LexFeel® N50 MB: Non-greasy, non-tacky dimethicone-like sensory emollient. It imparts a smooth glide and provides a skin barrier which helps to retain moisture.
LexFeel® Natural: Extremely light and dry sensory enhancer with a glassy yet soft feel during application. This emollient is fast spreading with a subtle after-feel.
