Mike Dall is CFO of Inolex. Mike oversees our Finance, Human Resources, and IT & Business Systems departments. He leads the company's efforts to deliver our internal and external stakeholders with the highest level of leading-edge service across all functions. He is responsible for the financial strategy of Inolex's global development. Prior to joining Inolex, he held executive finance positions at Brightview Landscapes, Walgreens, and Aramark Healthcare.
Perspective
Having grown up in a small, family business, I quickly learned the importance of providing excellent customer service all of the time, while honing my ability to be both visionary and focused on the details at the same time. Every business has internal and external customers and every personal interaction should be treated as if the individual is your most valuable customer.
My professional focal points boil down to “Are we doing the right things and if not, why not?” and “How can we do things better?”. No matter how well or how efficient we believe we are, there is always an opportunity for improvement.
Anytime you become the hero by solving the problem, you risk teaching your team that without you, the situation is hopeless. Investing in your team’s development as problem solvers and leaders while encouraging initiative will lead to an engaging and rewarding team environment.
