Joining David Plimpton, CEO, to champion technology innovation & growth

PHILADELPHIA, PA, September 28, 2022Neil Washburn, Ph.D. has joined the Inolex Executive Team as Interim President. He comes alongside Chief Executive Officer, David Plimpton, to serve on Inolex’s leadership team and further develop the company’s strategic growth.

Inolex is a recognized partner in the industry for its patented technologies that move the beauty and personal care industry forward. Washburn is poised to help the company accelerate its growth in line with the needs of its customers and its current and future innovation platform.

Washburn joins Inolex after a successful 39-year career at DuPont. He holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry. Washburn led cross-functional teams across Operations, Research & Development, Marketing, and Business Leadership on a number of transformative projects and high-profile global product initiatives throughout his career. More recently, he has been a strategic advisor to technology and material-oriented start-ups with a focus on sustainability.
