Inolex Appoints Art Knox as President to Drive Customer Growth & Innovation
PHILADELPHIA, PA, March 25, 2025 — Inolex is pleased to announce the appointment of Art Knox as its new President. Knox will lead the company’s strategic vision to deepen customer relationships and drive new pathways to sustainable innovation across existing and emerging markets.
Knox brings over four decades of industry knowledge and a clear orientation to place the customer at the center. For Inolex, this means partnering with brands to advance sustainable performance that’s safer, greener, and better.
"This is an exciting time for Inolex, and I’m honored to take on this role,” said Knox. “We’ve established an incredible technical team, built a portfolio of products that are regionally compelling, and expanded Inolex’s global manufacturing footprint to ensure continuity from origin to shelf."
Knox, who joined Inolex in 2016 as Global Head of Sales, has been instrumental in steering the company’s market presence and expanding its global team across 11 countries. He steps into this new role on the heels of two major strategic initiatives: launching an enhanced customer engagement model in the U.S. and establishing new commercial hubs in India and Korea.
Susan Goldsberry, Founder and CEO of Project Chemistry said, "Art is an inspiring leader with a keen understanding of the vital intersection between customer engagement, identifying unmet needs, and consistently delivering exceptional service. His visionary approach and profound industry expertise will undoubtedly drive Inolex's continued growth and success as it strengthens its global partnerships."
Under Knox’s leadership, Inolex moves into a pivotal phase of ingredient innovation to deliver exceptional value to its customers and enable positive sustainability impact from raw material sourcing all the way through to consumers.
