Processing Procedure
- Combine Items 1 – 4 (Main Batch). Heat to 70°C while mixing.
- Once all solids have melted, discontinue heat. Premix Items 5 – 7 in a separate beaker.
- When Main Batch has cooled to <60°C, add premix to Main Batch.
- Allow to cool to room temperature, then adjust to pH 4.50 – 5.00 with Item 8.

Ingredient Function
LexSolv™ Essential: This 100% natural solubilizer creates clear formulations by solubilizing your preservation ingredients, essential oils, and fragrances.
ProCondition™22: Brassica-derived, 83% biobased, non-quat conditioning agent. A great addition to shampoo in order to provide conditioning effect and build significant viscosity.
Kerazyne™ MB: This conditioner helps to prep and rehydrate the skin while cleansing. For men, it also conditions the facial hair allowing for a simplified personal care routine.
Lexgard® MHG Natural MB: 100% natural anti-bacterial agent which prohibits growth of odor-causing bacteria.
Zeastat™: 100% natural multifunctional agent that provides antimicrobial control.
