Processing Procedure
1. Combine items 1 – 4 (Main Batch) and propeller mix while heating to 80°C.
2. Add item 5 slowly to the Main Batch and continue mixing and heating.
3. Once uniform, add items 6 – 7 to the Main Batch.
4. Homogenize for 3 minutes at 3000rpm. Transfer to slow – medium anchor mixing.
5. Combine items 8 – 10. Speedmix at 2500rpm for 5 minutes to obtain a uniform dispersion.
6. At 55°C, add items 8 – 11 to the Main Batch while continuously mixing.
7. At 45 – 50°C, stop mixing and allow to cool to room temperature undisturbed.

pH @ 25°C = 4.30 – 5.10
Viscosity @ 25°C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle RV03 @ 20 rpm) = 800 – 1,200 cP
