Processing Procedure
- Combine item 1 – 2 and heat to 75 – 80°C and then add item 3.
- Combine item 4 – 9 in another beaker and heat to 75 – 80°C.
- Add item 4 – 9 into Main Batch with medium speed propeller mixing.
- Around 65 – 70 °C, homogenize the batch at 3000 – 3500 rpm for 2 minutes.
- Transfer the batch to anchor mixing at slow – medium speed for cooling.
- At 45 – 50°C, add item 10 – 11 with slow mixing until uniform.
- Stop mixing at 40°C.

pH @ 25°C = 3.00 – 4.00
Viscosity @ 25°C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 22,000 – 32,000 cP
