Processing Procedure

  1. Combine Items 1 and 2 (main batch) and heat to 50 °C.
  2. Combine Item 3 – 5 and heat to 80 °C, mix until uniform, let cool to 50 °C.
  3. Add Items 3 – 5 to main batch and homogenize at 2000 rpm for 3 min.
  4. At 45 °C, add Item 6 and mix well before transfer to suitable container.

Physical Properties

pH @ 25 °C = 6.50 – 7.50

Opaque liquid emulsion on top layer and clear solution on bottom.
