Processing Procedure

  1. Combine items 1 – 6 and heat to 80ºC. Combine items 7 – 11 and heat to 80ºC.
  2. Add items 1 – 6 to items 7 – 11 with homogenization at 3500 rpm for 3 minutes.
  3. Begin cooling while mixing, adding item 12 at 45 – 50ºC.
  4. Stop mixing at 45°C.

pH@ 25ºC = 5.5 – 6.5

Viscosity @ 25ºC (RVT-C, 10rpm) = 2,500 – 7,000cPs
