Processing Procedure

  1. Combine items 1 – 4, heat to 80ºC and mix until uniform.
  2. Combine items 5 – 11 and heat to 80ºC, add to the main batch with propeller mixing.
  3. Cool to 45ºC and add item 12 with mixing. Cool room temperature.

Physical Properties

pH @ 25ºC = 5.0 – 6.0
Viscosity @ 25ºC (Brookfield RVT; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 25,000 – 35,000cps.

Stability

45 ºC (4 weeks), 50 ºC (4 weeks)
